Demà Aprendiz is an integrated learning solution that prepares youth for labor market challenges and the exercise of citizenship. Present in public and private projects throughout Brazil, the program combines technical training, socio-emotional development, and practical experiences to create real opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Com mais de 40 mil jovens atendidos, entre 14 e 29 anos, o Demà Aprendiz atua para ampliar oportunidades, reduzir a evasão escolar, fortalecer a renda familiar e promover a inclusão produtiva. Por meio de metodologias inovadoras, uso de tecnologia e forte compromisso com impacto social, ajuda os jovens a desenvolverem competências essenciais para o futuro do trabalho, além de aproximar os participantes de diferentes ambientes profissionais, incluindo experiências no setor público e legislativo, contribuindo para a formação de uma nova geração mais preparada, protagonista e conectada com seu potencial.
